稿件被审稿人拒绝，再也正常不过了。不过有的审稿人实在可恶，写出不负责任的拒稿意见。以下就是几例这样的审稿意见。

The argument in Section 3 is standard (once the results in Section 2 are derived). Many authors are now presenting results similar to section 2. Unfortunately this paper does not meet the HIGH standards of XX.
